Private Market Assets

We have plans to tokenize $100 billion of private market assets by 2030. Private market includes:

Today, we are focussed on tokenizing startups.

Venture Capital - i.e. Startups

To-date, we have tokenized one startup called Mercury Technologies, Inc., represented by "Mercury RWA Token" ($MER).

We plan to tokenize more startups in the next 12 months. These may include:

How do we tokenize it?

Our asset-backed token approach comprises a few steps: An issuer would acquire real-world assets, hold it in a holding company, and issue RWA Tokens that are linked to the aforementioned assets.

RWA Tokens are fully-collateralized; every token is backed by and pegged to the value of the underlying real-world asset.

How do we select assets to be tokenized?

Today, issuers tokenize assets and make them available on Borderless.Fi. In the future, we will set up "funding vehicles" to crowdsource funds from individual investors to tokenize startups. The startups will be selected by the investors through voting.
