Our Roadmap to $100 Billion
Phase 01 - Incubation (2024-25)
Primary objectives include development, testing, tokenization and live demonstration of Borderless.Fi's first RWA Token. Secondary objectives include community building; content; education; partnerships; regulatory compliance; team building; and capital raising.
To exit Phase 01, four conditions must be met:
- Product-market fit;
- Engaged community, and sufficient public awareness of private market assets;
- Core team and operational protocols; and
- Sufficient resources to execute Phase 02 (Full Regulatory Compliance)
Phase 02 - Full Regulatory Compliance (2026)
Primary objectives include receiving licensing and achieving full regulatory compliance. Secondary objectives include team building, community, partnerships, channel development (for acquisition of investors and asset originators) and capital raising.
To exit Phase 02, two conditions must be met:
- Holds required regulatory licensing;
- Sufficient resources and capabilities to execute Phase 03 (Pre Scale-Up)
Phase 03 - Pre Scale-Up (2027)
Primary objectives include initial scale-up of asset tokenization; comprising of business development (investors and asset originators), channel and partnership development. Secondary objectives include optimising growth strategies, unit economics, and liquidity.
To exit Phase 03, three conditions must be met:
- $1 billion in total asset tokenization value;
- Growth strategy and plan that is optimised, validated and sufficient to achieve the targets in phase 04 (Scale-Up)
- Sufficient resources and capabilities to execute Phase 04 (Scale-Up)
Phase 04 - Scale-Up (2028-30)
Primary objective include scale-up of asset tokenization across all categories: private equity, private debt, real estate and real assets.
To exit Phase 04, one condition must be met:
$100 billion in total asset tokenization value
